I’m really happy I went with this instead of one of those cheaper $100 options out there - it’s super plush and has that nice spongey feel of quality memory foam. It’s not overly soft, but it’s definitely soft enough to be comforting.

Edit: After three weeks, I’m still loving it. I think it’s actually helping to reduce my pain over time, which is amazing considering I have a neurological condition that brings on nerve pain.

I’m not sure if they allow bad reviews, but if you’re dissatisfied with the mattress and looking for a refund, it’s not as straightforward as they claim. Every time I reach out for a refund, I just get a recorded message. The initial number I dialed turned out to be a private line, not a business. I’m really concerned and might need to seek legal advice.

I got myself a hybrid mattress that was a quarter of the price compared to similar ones from other brands. It's super comfy and arrived way quicker than I thought it would, plus they threw in a free pillow. When I said the pillow was a bit too high for my liking, they sent me another one at no extra cost, and it fits just right. The new pillow can be adjusted to meet different needs. I'm really pleased with both the mattress and the pillow, and the service has been top-notch!

We brought this along for our camping trip to use on our inflatable mattress, but it sadly deflated. So, we ended up just crashing on the topper, and it was super comfy. Plus, the shipping was quick!

I've just spent 2 nights on this topper, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. My hips usually give me a hard time, making it tough to find a comfy position, but knock on wood, the last couple of nights felt like I was resting on a fluffy cloud. Big thanks for that!

The mattress showed up right on time, and it included 2 complimentary pillows that are actually quite nice. I usually struggle to find a pillow that suits me well... This mattress is really comfy, soft but still gives good support. I've only been using it for 5 nights, but my main concern is the edge support. I had seen some reviews mentioning this, yet I went ahead with the purchase because the site claimed it had decent edge support. I figured those other reviews were being a bit too critical... but nope, there’s definitely no edge support. If you sit on the edge, you basically just slide off the bed...
